Sound Bath Class takes you on a meditative journey while the facilitator plays crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. The participants will be laying down on a yoga mat with blanket and whatever makes them comfortable. The sound waves will stimulate the brain waves sending healing vibrational frequency signals to the body helping you to relax, rest and release any stagnant emotional energy trapped within the body. Sound baths promote rest and help to restore the individual to emotional, mental and physical well-being. Good for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, brain fog, mental confusion, emotional heaviness, depression and so much more.

Everyone is laying down enjoying the singing bowls being played.
15 min full body sound bath ----
Participants will get to stand one by one inside a large Tibetan singing bowl for a full body alignment
