Pilates on the Reformer utilizing low impact and body weight with a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates.
 
This class will target specific muscle groups and fascial planes to better enhance and improve movement patterns and common ailments. 
 
This class is for all levels, from our beginners to our more advanced clients. The instructors are trained to be able to challenge all levels while also ensuring everyone is getting an effect and safe workout!
