Join us for Reformer Level Two, a dynamic and athletic reformer class designed for those ready to advance their practice. While this class incorporates a more athletic strength-based approach and is not a traditional reformer Pilates class, we will still remain mindful of the fundamental Pilates principles and proper form.
Participants should have prior experience with reformer classes, as this session will move at a faster pace and incorporate more advanced exercises. Expect to challenge your core stability, enhance your muscular endurance, and improve overall flexibility through a variety of elevated movements.
